Sanitation
The Greeks were every clean people with every clean houses and drink clean water. In those times there was no proper sewage systems and sewage disposal their was only a rubbish collection. Many of the ancient Greek houses were equipped with a water sewer that travels underneath the city. The Greeks cleaned themselves in large pots and they use sponges and they would drench the sponges with olive oil, so that they could have nice glowing skin and some people would still use this method today.
Nutrition
The Greek people would grow their own crops and harvest wheat to make bread. They also used olive oil. They would also grow corn and different types of fruits.
Breakfast: The ancient Greeks always ate there breakfast before sunrise. And they would eat bread that was dipped into wine.
Lunch: The ancient Greeks ate in the afternoon and they would eat fig wine with bread with a side of olives and dried fish.
Dinner: For dinner the Greeks would eat some kind of vegetables that they could grow and have easy access too.They would also have fruits and fish.
Desert: In the ancient Greece time sugar was still unknown, so their source of sugar was honey and they would have honey cakes.

In the ancient Greece times, food was always very simple and was believed that it was healthy and was a balanced lifestyle. They also believed that having simple meals would make the gods appreciate their meals and would decrease the risk of them getting sick.
